• As an employee of WBS TRAINING, you passionately and insightfully represent your area of expertise.

• In your role as a learning facilitator, the primary focus is on the competence development of the course participants.

• You see yourself both as a knowledge provider and as a supporter in the role of a learning companion in Learning 4.0!

• This includes: Subject-specific instruction from home using WBS LearnSpace 3D.

• Utilizing various teaching methods for lesson design.

• Supporting and mentoring our trainees with their IHK-relevant reports and projects.

• Contributing to quality assurance measures.

• Conducting webinars and online informational events.

• Excellent command of your teaching language, German (C2 language level).

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training or studies in: Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or Marketing.

• Development of data-driven marketing strategies.

• Knowledge of SEO, SEA, and Social Media Advertising.

• Proficiency in Customer Journey Mapping & Branding.

• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.

• Understanding of legal fundamentals in online marketing.

• Experience in social media content creation (including video, reels & short formats).

• Skills in storytelling & community management.

• Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Premiere, or After Effects.

• Knowledge of influencer marketing.

• Understanding of media law & brand building.

• Experience in E-Commerce.

• Data-driven marketing expertise.

• Development of E-Commerce strategies.

• Establishment and optimization of online shops.

• Knowledge of CMS systems and fundamentals of web development.

• SEO/SEA skills in E-Commerce.

• Solid practical experience with AI tools for content creation.

• A comprehensive understanding of current fundamentals and trends in AI media design, project management, automation, and AI models.

• Proven experience in adult education (minimum 600 hours).

• Pedagogical suitability, e.g., AEVO training certificate.

• Strong methodological and didactic skills in knowledge transfer.

• Ability to prepare complex content clearly and appropriately for the target audience.

• Independent, structured working style with high personal responsibility.

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with learners.
