This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +1 more state.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for Loan Officers, Executives, and their teams, providing tailored, concierge-level assistance.
β’ Establish and nurture robust B2B relationships through regular and proactive communication.
β’ Assist clients in navigating lending product features, processes, and resolving issues.
β’ Anticipate client requirements and deliver solutions proactively, even before challenges arise.
β’ Address and resolve intricate inquiries promptly and with a strong sense of accountability.
β’ Collaborate across internal teams (operations, product, engineering) to ensure swift resolutions.
β’ Keep thorough records of client interactions and follow-ups.
β’ Recognize patterns in client feedback and suggest enhancements to products or processes.
β’ 5-7+ years of experience in customer support, account management, or client success within a B2B context.
β’ Prior experience in mortgage, lending, fintech, or financial services is highly preferred.
β’ Strong grasp of Loan Officer workflows and the structures of administrative support.
β’ Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) with a refined, professional demeanor.
β’ Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities while keeping a keen attention to detail.
β’ A problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
