This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the organization, standardization, and auditing of internal documentation to enhance clarity and accessibility within the team.
• Collaborate with team members to document essential processes, systems, and workflows, accurately reflecting operational practices.
• Assist in enhancing resources for partners by reviewing existing materials and pinpointing gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated information.
• Create and revise content for partner resources, ensuring that messaging is precise, clear, and consistent with Kiva’s voice.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and Creative, to refresh and improve materials aimed at partners.
• Ensure uniformity across both internal and external content, focusing on messaging, structure, and design.
• Plan and design an internal partnership library or AI agent.
• Provide operational assistance during peak periods, including support for the partner help queue.
• Assist with scheduling needs related to reporting as required.
• Engage in additional projects linked to documentation, content creation, and partner experience enhancement.
• Must be at least 21 years of age by July 14th, 2026.
• Ability to commit to the entire 6-month term.
• Strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership regarding your work.
• Enjoys problem-solving and building relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proactive and capable of working independently.
• Exceptionally organized with a talent for thriving in a start-up environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Docs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
