This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Oversee and assign attorneys for a high volume of daily hearings.
• Handle scheduling adjustments, cancellations, and urgent coverage needs.
• Verify assignments to guarantee complete and accurate coverage.
• Engage with attorneys and clients to ensure a smooth service experience.
• Make outbound calls to arrange hearings and address client requirements.
• Monitor metrics, maintain scheduling records, and assist with reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and execution.
• Excellent communication skills and assurance when speaking on the phone.
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Solution-oriented with robust problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working towards objectives and performance benchmarks.
