This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Participate in document management activities within the legal field.

• Work alongside attorneys and legal professionals to deliver efficient legal support.

• Handle multiple projects/tasks concurrently, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Monitor and log alterations in legal documents.

• Aid in the preparation of legal materials for cases and meetings.

• Quickly and effectively address and resolve document-related challenges.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience in legal support is required.

• Must demonstrate strong initiative, with the ability to swiftly resolve document-related issues.

• Strong organizational skills are essential.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Capable of managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.

• Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications; expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel are a plus!

• Advanced document formatting capabilities in Microsoft Word and other legal tech applications are required.

• Must show strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills are necessary.

• Must be adaptable and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to supporting attorneys and business professionals are essential.

• Must communicate professionally and effectively with all levels within the organization.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting while being self-directed.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work collaboratively across different teams.

• Proofreading experience is preferred.

• A calm and solution-focused approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving is important.

• Proven capability to take initiative and make sound, independent decisions.

• A flexible, reliable team player with a positive, proactive attitude is required.
