This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Facilitate a seamless transition of signed clients to the legal department.
• Uphold compliance with professional conduct standards by refraining from providing legal advice or guaranteeing outcomes.
• Reach out to undecided prospects within 48 hours to help progress their decision-making process.
• Achieve a conversion rate of approximately 60 percent from consultations to signed client agreements.
• Promote a variety of service tiers that encompass a wide array of high-value legal service offerings.
• Ensure all consultations are meticulously documented, including client objections and requirements.
• Engage in consultative discussions with professionalism, empathy, and poise.
• Conduct between 8 to 12 consultations weekly with potential clients seeking family law services.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a closing sales role with a proven track record of achieving quotas.
• Demonstrated experience in closing deals with average values of $3,000 or more.
• Familiarity with consultative and multi-touch sales cycles.
• High emotional intelligence and the capability to handle sensitive conversations effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills for client interactions and documentation.
• Preferred background in sales within legal services or related human services sectors.
• Knowledge of Clio, Lawmatics, Salesforce, or HubSpot is highly desirable.
• Experience with installment payment, insurance, or retainer-based sales models is a plus.
