Legal Intern — Corporate and Commercial Contracts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Perform research on pertinent and contemporary legal issues, especially in the fields of contract law and corporate law.

• Work together with the legal team to create reference materials and analyze industry developments.

• Support the preparation of legal documents and publications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Law student (at least at the Master’s level or four years of higher education)

• Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English

• Enthusiasm for utilizing technologies, including AI and assisted drafting tools, in the legal sector

• Capability to operate autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
