Legal Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage initial inquiries from clients by providing information on the legal services available.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with prospective clients to gather vital information regarding their legal requirements.

• Analyze and evaluate the feasibility of cases based on predefined criteria.

• Facilitate consultations between clients and attorneys to ensure a seamless transition.

• Keep detailed and precise records of all client interactions and intake data.

• Assist the legal team with administrative tasks as required.

• Remain updated on legal practices and procedures to deliver accurate information to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a legal intake specialist or in a comparable role within a law firm.

• Solid understanding of the legal process and relevant terminology.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to effectively assess cases and provide pertinent information in a timely manner.

• Proficiency in utilizing legal software and client management systems.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.

• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting while contributing to a team.
