Legal Expert, German – AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the training and assessment of AI agents on realistic professional legal tasks.

• Set up workspaces and organize files.

• Develop prompts for various applications.

• Formulate grading criteria based on actual legal work practices in Germany.

• Engage in collaborative projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

• Dedicate around 21 hours per week on an hourly compensation basis.

• Enjoy a flexible working schedule; project durations may be adjusted or concluded earlier based on requirements and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in legal practice.

• Proficient or fluent in German.

• Bachelor's degree from a top-20 university in Germany.

• Fully qualified as a German lawyer (Volljurist).

• Extensive knowledge of BGB, HGB, GmbHG, and the procedures of German courts.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible for support.
