Legal Counsel, Product Compliance – EU/ME

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Offer legal guidance on AML/CFT and other KYC-related regulations within the EU/ME/CIS regions.

• Assist in the integration of regulatory updates into internal policies, controls, and product specifications.

• Play a role in significant regulatory projects.

• Manage multiple jurisdictions with a rapid pace of regulatory changes.

• Draft, evaluate, and sustain internal compliance policies and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in legal or compliance positions (fintech, regtech, financial institutions, or law firms).

• In-depth understanding of the EU AML/CFT framework and national regulations.

• Proven experience in advising on regulatory issues across multiple jurisdictions.

• Excellent analytical and drafting capabilities.

• Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is advantageous).
