This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

• Comprehensive management of company risk and evaluation of legal implications;

• Tracking global regulatory changes and ensuring adherence to compliance standards;

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts across various jurisdictions;

• Establishing legal entities for both new and existing markets (e.g., United States, Japan);

• Providing legal advice on internal contracts (e.g., HR and other departments), terms and conditions, policies, and governance;

• Supervising product vigilance and creating stress-testing scenarios;

• Converting legal obligations into actionable guidance for teams.

• A law degree (in international or corporate law) along with several years of experience as Legal Counsel, General Counsel, or Risk Manager.

• Ability to take initiative and make informed decisions autonomously.

• Familiarity with international legal matters and organizations.

• Interest and experience in digital health or SaaS solutions.

• Proficiency in English.
