Legal Counsel – Income Contracts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Conducting daily reviews and risk assessments of income contracts, including service and partnership agreements as well as B2B SaaS agreements.

• Offering assistance in RFP processes where tailored contractual terms are included in the tender documentation.

• Drafting, modifying, and organizing the company’s contractual templates, legally binding notices, and correspondence.

• Engaging with counterparties and stakeholders, facilitating negotiations, strategic planning, and conflict resolution related to both prospective and existing contracts.

• Partnering with internal teams to enhance the contract review process, including the exploration and implementation of contract automation tools to boost efficiency.

• Supporting other departments such as billing, sales, business development, product, and litigation regarding contract-related issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University degree in law (LL.B., preferably LL.M.) is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an international setting.

• Significant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents (contracts, legal opinions, memorandums, etc.) in English.

• Strong understanding of the common law system, particularly the laws of England and Wales.

• Solid knowledge of the fundamental principles of civil law, corporate law, and private international law.

• Demonstrated discipline, integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.

• A general understanding of privacy laws and regulations is highly preferred, including but not limited to GDPR and other key data protection frameworks.
