Legal Counsel – In-house

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Supervise the organization’s legal matters and ensure adherence to regulations.

• Manage contracts, corporate registrations, labor issues, compliance matters, and documentation.

• Offer legal counsel regarding contract risks and responsibilities.

• Oversee business registrations, renewals, permits, licenses, and regulatory submissions.

• Advise management and HR on labor regulations and employee relations.

• Represent the organization in legal matters and enhance internal legal procedures.

• Provide legal supervision concerning HMO agreements and employee benefits.

• Identify potential legal risks and suggest practical business solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Must be an active member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of legal experience, ideally in corporate or in-house settings.

• Strong understanding of Philippine labor law, corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.

• Experience in managing business registrations and government dealings.

• Excellent skills in negotiation, analysis, and communication.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
