This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Evaluate, draft, and negotiate various contractual agreements with the company’s partners while participating in meetings.
• Address internal and external inquiries and provide guidance on contract terms and conditions, encompassing commercial matters, data protection, and intellectual property.
• Manage the contract review and escalation processes, ensuring adherence to legal and business standards.
• Interpret and clarify contractual terms to meet regional legal and business requirements.
• Collaborate with other business areas to develop and implement legal playbooks.
• Clearly articulate contract terminology and conduct legal training sessions and workshops for internal teams, offering general guidance on pertinent subjects.
• Assist in addressing high-volume legal demands from various business units, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Anticipate, recognize, and mitigate legal risks and potential contingencies, proposing preventive measures to avert legal disputes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing timely legal counsel to business areas to advance the company's objectives and safeguard its interests.

• Law Degree (acquired in any European Country).
• Proficiency in contract law, risk assessment, data protection, and legal negotiations.
• Over 6 years of demonstrated experience in a law firm or in-house legal roles within multinational organizations.
• Background in contract review, negotiation, and general advisory.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, including diplomacy and adaptability.
• Comprehensive understanding of contract terms and conditions with the ability to operate across multiple countries.
• Experience utilizing AI and Contract Lifecycle Management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Capacity to work collaboratively and effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Skill in conveying complex issues in a clear, simple, and concise manner to all organizational levels.
• Sound judgment and business acumen.
• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and efficient.
• Native or Fluent English and French is essential.
• Strong organizational skills to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
