This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ We are seeking a sharp, commercially-focused Legal Counsel to act as a strategic partner for a portfolio of rapidly growing tech startups.
β’ Comprehensive Contract Lifecycle: Draft, review, and lead negotiations for intricate commercial agreements, including Master Purchase Agreements, specialized Semiconductor supply/design-in contracts, EULA, and SaaS agreements.
β’ Legal Excellence: Maintain and enhance legal templates, documentation, and internal filing systems to ensure compliance with 'due diligence-ready' standards.
β’ Legal Qualification: Fully qualified German lawyer (First and Second State Exam) or US lawyer.
β’ Expertise: Extensive experience in commercial contract law, particularly within the Semiconductor, SaaS, or Software Licensing industries.
β’ Language Skills: Professional proficiency in both German and English is crucial, as you will be negotiating international cross-border agreements.
β’ Startup DNA: You excel in dynamic environments. You are pragmatic, proactive, and capable of articulating complex legal concepts to non-lawyers.
β’ Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail while maintaining awareness of overarching business objectives.
