Legal Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, draft, negotiate, and oversee a diverse array of commercial contracts (including license, vendor, service, SaaS, publishing, and marketing agreements)

• Assist internal departments (procurement, finance, product, marketing, operations) with daily contractual issues

• Monitor essential contract terms, deadlines, renewals, and obligations

• Aid in privacy and data protection matters, including the assessment of data processing agreements

• Recognize, evaluate, and escalate legal and compliance risks throughout the organization

• Review consumer-oriented content, communications, and operational documents

• Offer legal insights on product launches, campaigns, promotions, and partnerships

• Assist in evaluating new tools, vendors, and business initiatives

• Participate in enhancing internal legal knowledge and training programs

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial contracts and general in-house legal support

• Prior experience in compliance and within mobile game development business settings is preferred

• Exceptional drafting, reviewing, and negotiation abilities

• Practical, business-focused, and capable of managing a diverse workload

• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and sound judgment

• Ability to work autonomously while recognizing when to escalate issues

• Proficiency in both English and Russian is considered a plus
