This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
• Prepare, assess, and negotiate a wide array of international commercial contracts, such as MSAs, OEM agreements, NDAs, procurement and vendor contracts, contractor agreements, and those related to equity.
• Provide support to the Sales, Procurement, and various internal teams regarding daily contractual issues.
• Develop, enhance, and standardize contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal guidelines.
• Aid the team’s efforts in export control and compliance with dual-use regulations across Ukrainian, EU, and US legal frameworks.
• Participate in legal audits, due diligence activities, and cross-functional legal initiatives, including corporate structuring, IP-related issues, and transactional assistance, under the supervision of the Chief Legal Officer.
• Assist with KYC/AML processes in collaboration with financial institutions, banks, and external partners.
• Support internal stakeholders on a wide range of everyday legal matters.
• Perform legal research and convert findings into actionable recommendations and internal knowledge base resources.
• Promote the ongoing enhancement of legal workflows, documentation standards, and internal procedures.
• Over 3 years of legal experience, with at least 2 years in the IT/Tech sector (either in a Law Firm or In-house).
• Proficient in English at an Upper Intermediate level or above. Proficiency in Polish, Ukrainian, or Estonian is an advantage.
• Robust practical experience with commercial contracts and IP issues within a technology enterprise.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently within a legal team, share insights, and coordinate on cross-functional issues.
• High level of attention to detail, initiative, sound judgment, and the capability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
