Legal Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as a proactive and trusted business partner, providing timely, business-oriented advice to the Business Development, Technology, Wealth, and Marketing teams.

• Oversee legal assessments of new products/features and provide guidance on the optimal positioning/structuring of these offerings to minimize legal risks, including the creation and review of relevant Terms & Conditions.

• Draft and develop standardized templates for contracts related to Business Development agreements with third parties and general procurement initiatives.

• Engage in negotiations and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across various business lines and legal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with some in-house exposure.

• Familiarity with reviewing leasing agreements and structured loan documentation is advantageous.

• You take accountability for your actions and decisions while demonstrating a commitment to achieving work in an ethical, compliant, and efficient manner.

• You are receptive to innovative ideas and dedicated to acquiring new skills to maintain a competitive edge.
