Legal Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, marketing, service and partnership agreements, NDAs, SaaS agreements, intra-group agreements, and B2B/B2C gaming terms and conditions.

• Assist the Compliance team in fulfilling regulatory and licensing responsibilities across relevant jurisdictions.

• Keep track of and analyze legal and regulatory changes related to online gaming, digital services, cryptocurrency, consumer protection, responsible gaming, and data privacy.

• Uphold internal policies, procedures, and controls for legal and licensing compliance.

• Counsel business teams on legal risks and suggest practical solutions.

• Support corporate governance initiatives, filings, group structure issues, and maintain internal records.

• Help manage intellectual property and coordinate activities with external advisors.

• Communicate with regulatory bodies, outside counsel, auditors, and internal stakeholders.

• Offer guidance on customer-related disputes, terms and conditions, and responsible gambling matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience as in-house legal counsel in the iGaming sector.

• Direct experience in the gambling and cryptocurrency industries is essential.

• Strong grasp of commercial contracts, corporate law, and intellectual property issues.

• Comprehensive knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to the iGaming and cryptocurrency sectors.

• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical expertise.

• Capability to deliver clear and actionable legal advice.

• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
