Legal Consultant – Ethics & Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Offer legal and compliance guidance to both internal and external stakeholders

• Create and manage control systems in line with legal regulations and internal policies

• Stay updated on regulatory changes within and outside the organization, as well as on emerging best practices in compliance management

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Investigations / Regulatory / Compliance roles

• Proficient in areas such as Conflicts of Interest, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Code of Conduct, and Due Diligence

• Background in Manufacturing, Technology, or Data Center operations
