Legal & Compliance Ops

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop the compliance product, incorporating scalable processes and tools for regulated activities.

• Establish a clear pathway from each request to the appropriate Corporate owner.

• Create tools that automate repetitive regulatory tasks.

• Identify and redesign painful manual processes comprehensively.

• Monitor the usage of processes after implementation and continuously enhance adoption and effectiveness.

• Design solutions that strike a balance between compliance and efficiency.

• Set objectives and evaluate results for implemented changes.

• Provide an initial system that offers teams a straightforward and quick method to obtain support from Corporate.

• Take ownership of at least one process from problem identification to a live, automated solution.

• Collaborate with experts in legal, privacy, governance, risk, compliance, and security, as well as the teams they assist.

• Proven experience in building solutions that users consistently utilize.

• Background in transforming manual, repetitive tasks into automated or self-service solutions.

• Familiarity with no-code, low-code, and AI technologies.

• Willingness and capability to quickly adapt to regulated work environments.

• Proficient in French and English at a professional level.

• Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, test solutions, and deliver promptly.

• Capacity to investigate ambiguous issues and articulate them clearly.

• Good judgment regarding legal, privacy, security, and compliance considerations.

• Ability to manage projects from end to end, including user research, planning, delivery, adoption, and ongoing enhancement.

• Clear and proactive communication with stakeholders.

• Position aimed at the B1-C0 level range.
