Legal Case Manager – Lemon Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients via phone and email.

• Assist clients through every phase of their legal cases.

• Perform case evaluations to verify eligibility and gather necessary information and documentation.

• Organize, maintain, and ensure accuracy of case files, keeping them complete and up to date.

• Schedule appointments, track legal deadlines, and manage follow-ups.

• Draft, prepare, and aid in the submission of legal documents.

• Provide support to attorneys and enhance case management efficiency.

• Foster client trust, respond to concerns, and uphold client satisfaction throughout the legal journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient English communication skills (C1 level) in both spoken and written forms.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

• Prior experience as a Case Manager or in a similar position within a U.S. law firm or company.

• Previous experience specifically in Lemon Law or related legal case management is highly advantageous.

• Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Familiarity with HubSpot and/or Filevine is a significant plus.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities at once.

• Ability to work independently from a home office, with a reliable and high-speed internet connection in a quiet, professional setting.

• Must possess a laptop or desktop computer with a minimum of 16GB RAM and a Core i5 processor or superior.

• Internet speed must be at least 25 Upload Mbps.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM PST.
