Legal Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Ensure that all communications demonstrate professionalism and clarity.

• Request, track, and systematically organize medical records and documentation.

• Engage with clients and medical providers through phone and email correspondence.

• Maintain well-organized case files and monitor deadlines effectively.

• Draft motions, pleadings, and various legal documents.

• Assist in the development of pre-litigation cases within Personal Injury.

• Support attorneys in preparing cases for litigation.

• Facilitate case progression while maintaining effective client communication.

• Ensure operational excellence across various practice areas.

• Preferred legal background or previous experience in a law firm.

• Strong organizational abilities and effective time-management skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.

• High degree of professionalism and accountability.

• Clear speaking voice with proficient articulation.

• Ability to manage sensitive client interactions with emotional intelligence.

• Excellent grammar skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient with technology and adaptable to various systems and processes.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
