Legal Analyst – Mediation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify the contact details of the involved parties using the internal platform

• Reach out to the parties

• Engage in negotiations aimed at achieving a settlement

• Prepare the settlement agreement post-mediation

• Confirm payment

• Complete necessary entries in the system

• Finalize the case

• Ensure consistent follow-up throughout all phases of the process

⛳️ Requirements

• Enrolled law student or a graduate with a Bachelor of Laws degree without an active bar license (Required)

• Prior experience in mediation, negotiation, or conciliation

• Knowledge of judicial systems such as PJE, ESAJ, and EPROC

• Experience with administrative and operational tasks involving large volumes of information

• Proven ability to communicate with clients, suppliers, attorneys, consumers, or third parties to resolve issues

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (filters, tables, and basic formulas)

• Proactive in proposing enhancements and rectifications of data

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and possess strong interpersonal skills

• Keen attention to detail and effective verification abilities

• Organizational skills and adeptness in information management

• Analytical skills to detect inconsistencies or discrepancies in data
