Legal Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assisting in the tracking and reporting of key metrics for the Sales and Services division.

• Executing operational initiatives such as sales goal setting, variable compensation, territory design, and reporting on sales performance.

• Creating and maintaining sales resources, which include Outlook distribution lists, SharePoint sites, contract management tools, and pricing documents.

• Offering sales tracking, reporting, and analytical assistance to leadership and business partners.

• Ensuring the integrity and consistency of data across reporting systems to provide reliable business insights.

• Evaluating existing workflows, processes, and systems to uncover opportunities for enhanced efficiency and ongoing improvement.

• Working collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Finance, Variable Compensation, IT, and Human Resources to refine processes and support organizational goals.

• Documenting operational procedures and maintaining workflow documentation to promote consistency and knowledge sharing.

• Participating in projects aimed at boosting sales effectiveness and operational performance.

• Fostering strong professional relationships across departments to enable cross-functional collaboration and the successful implementation of business initiatives.

• Possess a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Be highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Demonstrate the capacity to manage multiple priorities while working independently.

• Hold proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM applications.

• Present strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to interpret data and suggest solutions.

• Feel comfortable working with sales reporting, operational processes, and business systems.

• Show the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and functions.

• Maintain a continuous improvement mindset with an emphasis on operational excellence and process optimization.
