This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Oversee the administration of leave of absence programs and requests for ADA accommodations.
• Administer daily operations related to employee leaves, which include FMLA, ADA, parental, medical, military, and personal leaves.
• Ensure that all leave requests are processed in a timely, compliant, and accurate manner, adhering to legal standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with leave of absence vendors to pinpoint issues and rectify errors in the leave process or specific leave claims.
• Monitor leave timelines and required documentation, including certifications, recertifications, and coordination of return-to-work; update employee leave statuses in UKG.
• Work in partnership with the HR field team, WorkComp, Benefits, and other relevant parties on leave and accommodation matters.
• Act as a primary contact for employee inquiries, providing exceptional support throughout the leave process.
• Address accommodation requests; coordinate the provision of reasonable modifications; educate and engage with all staff regarding ADA requirements and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or leave administration is required.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws; experience with UKG software is preferred.
