Leave of Absence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Manage the delivery of leave of absence and disability programs in collaboration with benefit vendors.

• Provide communication and administrative support for leave of absence and disability programs to HR Business Partners, leaders, and employees.

• Lead and assist in projects and initiatives focused on continuous improvement to boost efficiency, enhance employee experience, and optimize service delivery.

• Collaborate with human resources information systems to implement or update leave/disability interfaces.

• Aid in the development and upkeep of leave/disability policies, procedures, communications, and educational materials.

• Engage in the creation of employee benefit policies and procedures.

• Act as the team's subject matter expert for intricate leave administration, compliance oversight, and operational support.

• Ensure the consistent application of federal, state, and local leave regulations.

• Offer guidance on leave and disability programs, conduct training and presentations, and utilize data to enhance processes and outcomes.

• Carry out other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in leave of absence administration.

• Background in disability management.

• Experience in overall benefits administration.

• Frequent use of a keyboard and data entry tasks.

• Capability to meet the physical demands of the role, including occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of items weighing 25–50 lbs.

• No specific professional license or certification is required.
