This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients through email, phone calls, and specific tours of buildings and suites.
• Deliver daily update reports to the team and maintain communication with the Director of Property Management as well as the Senior Marketing and Sales Manager.
• Offer insights and recommendations regarding marketing and leasing strategies.
• Collaborate with the Leasing Coordinator to achieve full occupancy of the building promptly.
• Prepare and finalize leases in accordance with property standards and regulations.
• Verify rental application information and personal references.
• Perform credit checks and other background screenings to assess potential tenants' qualifications.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions, finalizing agreements.
• Collect application fees, security deposits, pet deposits, and other relevant payments.
• Oversee the allocation of parking stalls and storage lockers.
• Strong skills in leasing, marketing, and property management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate sector.
• A strong work ethic coupled with a hands-on approach.
