This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for potential residents.
• Respond to inquiries, assess needs, and promote the property's features to prospective residents.
• Oversee the leasing and application process for new residents.
• Create a sense of urgency to encourage prospects to apply.
• Build and nurture new relationships with customers.
• Utilize a customer-oriented demeanor to defuse and resolve challenging situations.
• Handle tasks such as organizing lease files, updating necessary documents, and executing marketing and advertising activities.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the community and the surrounding areas where homes are situated.
• A valid Local State Real Estate License is required.
• A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in new home sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in top lead conversion is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Products is required.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capability to conduct in-office presentations.
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• A valid Driver’s License is necessary (some travel may be required).
• Must be physically active and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Enjoy a fully remote role with 15%-25% of time spent visiting properties.
