Lease Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Review, abstract, and process commercial leases along with associated documentation.

• Maintain and validate lease information within company systems.

• Process updates, amendments, and requests for changes to leases.

• Build and nurture positive relationships with clients, landlords, and vendors.

• Investigate and resolve lease-related issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.

• Prepare and distribute reports on a monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc basis.

• Manage documentation related to insurance and compliance requirements.

• Identify opportunities for improving client reporting and service delivery.

• Verify lease compliance, financial calculations, and accuracy of expenses.

• Reconcile outstanding balances and assist in accounts receivable collections.

• Calculate, invoice, and track tenant pass-through expenses.

• Review escrow reconciliations and process payments as necessary.

• Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at continuous process improvement.

• Recommend improvements to systems, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Bangalore.

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management, lease administration, real estate operations, or a relevant field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

• Capacity to work independently while positively contributing to a team environment.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with lease administration and processes within commercial real estate.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs.

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Preferred bilingual language skills.

• Experience in facility management or commercial real estate operations is preferred.

• Direct experience working with clients, vendors, or landlords is preferred.
