Learning Measurement & Analytics Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and spearhead the organization’s strategy for learning measurement and analytics, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance outcomes.

• Establish and uphold standards for assessing learning programs, which include data collection techniques, measurement frameworks, and reporting prerequisites.

• Ensure that measurement and analytics practices adhere to organizational policies, governance standards, regulatory obligations, and data privacy regulations.

• Conduct compliance and quality assessments on methodologies, data collection, reporting procedures, and analytics results.

• Design and implement scalable evaluations that assess behavior change, business impact, and learning effectiveness using Kirkpatrick Levels 3 and 4 and Phillips ROI.

• Build and oversee the infrastructure for learning analytics and measurement platforms, such as Performativ and Qualtrics.

• Integrate learning data with operational, talent, and business performance indicators.

• Perform ROI analyses and advanced evaluation studies.

• Design and implement structured evaluations, pilot programs, controlled experiments, and outcome studies.

• Specify evaluation methodologies, sampling techniques, comparison groups, and success metrics.

• Conduct statistical analyses utilizing SPSS, Python, R, or other equivalent platforms.

• Create executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and reports.

• Convert complex analytical results into actionable recommendations and business insights for senior leaders and stakeholders.

• Establish a consistent measurement language and reporting standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define success measures, evaluation approaches, and business impact objectives.

• Offer consultation on measurement design, data collection, and interpretation of analytical results.

• Develop reusable tools, templates, frameworks, and best practices.

• Conduct external benchmarking and research.

• Enhance organizational capability through coaching, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder education.

• Encourage leaders and business partners to leverage data, evidence, and measurement practices in their decision-making processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Learning Analytics, People Analytics, Organizational Research, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a measurement-focused Learning & Development role.

• Experience in designing and executing advanced evaluation studies, business impact assessments, and ROI analyses.

• Strong proficiency in learning measurement methodologies, including Kirkpatrick Levels 3 and 4, Phillips ROI, and outcome-based evaluation frameworks.

• Experience in building and implementing analytics infrastructure, measurement platforms, and automated reporting systems.

• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

• Solid understanding of research design, statistical methodologies, experimental design, sampling strategies, and data interpretation.

• Experience in integrating learning data with business performance, operational, and workforce metrics.

• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to translate complex analyses into executive-level insights and recommendations.
