Learning Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct daily live virtual training sessions for designated batches.

• Ensure that trainees can effectively apply their learning to actual client tasks.

• Pose guiding questions to facilitate independent problem-solving.

• Evaluate assessments based on established rubrics.

• Execute realistic mock client introduction calls and conduct mock interviews.

• Integrate checkpoint scores and session notes to make trainee readiness decisions.

• Collaborate with the Assistant Training Manager to enhance training content, role-plays, and delivery.

• Implement at least one improvement per quarter that significantly boosts engagement or retention.

• Identify performance risks and program gaps to the Training Supervisor.

• Assess when trainees are prepared to work with US clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in virtual training with a proven track record.

• At least 1 recent year working as a VA/EA with US clients.

• Experience in conducting live sessions and mock interviews.

• Ability to provide structured and constructive feedback.

• Knowledge of various learning styles and capability to adapt mid-session.

• Regular daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable AI tools in a work environment.

• Skill in teaching others to utilize AI effectively.

• Proficiency in Google Suite, Discord, and Slack.

• Presentation skills in Google Slides, Canva, or similar tools.

• Fully at ease with a fixed overnight PHT schedule.

• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.

• Dependable home workspace with a minimum of 40 Mbps internet connection.

• Availability for full-time work.

• Capability to work weekdays from 9 PM to 6 AM PHT.
