Learning Facilitator – AI-Powered Content Creation, Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Employ a diverse range of teaching methodologies

• Create and design course-related educational materials in accordance with the curriculum

• Conduct competency evaluations

• Choose, configure, and utilize modern, widely adopted AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and n8n

• Generate, optimize, and assess AI-created media content

• Educate on the fundamentals and contemporary trends of AI in media design

• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars

• Innovate teaching strategies for digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce

• Observe and assess current AI trends and tools, while independently enhancing your expertise

• Assist participants in broadening their professional skills and preparing for the job market

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, data science, business informatics, or marketing

• Significant experience with AI tools for content creation

• Proven background in adult education

• Minimum of 600 hours of training experience

• Evidence of pedagogical competence, such as an instructor qualification under the German AEVO standard

• Strong methodological and didactic abilities in delivering educational content

• Capability to explain complex subjects clearly to learners of varying levels

• Independent and structured working style with a high level of personal accountability

• Excellent communication and teaching abilities

• Proficient command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)

• Subject-matter expertise in at least two of the following fields: digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce

• Knowledge in areas such as SEO, SEA, social media advertising, customer journey mapping, branding, HTML5, CSS3, legal principles of online marketing, content creation, video, Reels, storytelling, community management, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, influencer marketing, media law, data-driven marketing, e-commerce strategies, marketplace positioning, online shop development and optimization, CMS platforms, and web development
