Learning Experience Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design engaging self-directed eLearning, virtual instructor-led training, and various other formats based on approved designs, storyboards, and source materials.

• Create slide presentations, facilitator and participant guides, pre-work materials, job aids, evaluation surveys, knowledge assessments, and other measurement tools.

• Collaborate with Service Line Training Directors and content creators to enhance, finalize, and brand training resources.

• Develop custom multimedia interactions and scalable, reusable learning solutions.

• Utilize generative AI and platform-integrated AI tools to produce scripts, assessments, job aids, graphics, and videos.

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and alignment of AI-generated content with firm expectations.

• Evaluate new AI features and share insights with the Bonadio University team.

• Create CPE components in compliance with NASBA/AICPA standards.

• Maintain course documentation, word counts, CPE calculations, assessment materials, and development records.

• Conduct quality checks on deliverables following accessibility standards and brand guidelines.

• Publish SCORM packages and ensure the testing and maintenance of content within the LMS and associated platforms.

• Develop reusable templates, components, and resources.

• Stay updated with learning technologies and suggest enhancements to the toolkit.

• Convert approved designs into finalized programs while recommending efficient, effective, and innovative development approaches.

• Coordinate with subject matter experts and oversee review cycles.

• Communicate any content gaps, dependencies, risks, and obstacles.

• Manage multiple development projects, timelines, review cycles, version control, and workload capacity.

• Ensure all deliverables comply with quality standards and deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning and development, multimedia development, digital media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least two years of experience in creating multimodal training materials for adult learners.

• Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, including the development of custom interactions.

• Strong capabilities in digital media, multimedia, and visual design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

• Basic understanding of adult learning principles.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.

• A polished, creative portfolio showcasing current standards in eLearning and digital media development.

• Portfolio should include custom Storyline 360 interactions, Rise 360 development, materials for instructor-led or virtual learning, examples of assessments, and at least one before-and-after project.

• Applicants must specify portfolio elements significantly created by AI and clarify their personal contributions.
