Developer Relations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Advocate for Factory’s technology within the open-source community by contributing to external projects and demonstrating how Droids enhance and expedite software development.

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the open-source ecosystem, AI companies, and prospective technology partners.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute developer-centric hackathons, lunch and learns, workshops, and meetups.

• Generate technical content such as blog posts, tutorials, and case studies.

• Serve as the liaison between the developer community and Factory’s product teams.

• Communicate community feedback and insights to guide product development and ensure alignment with market demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in software development or developer relations.

• Ideally, 3+ years of experience engaging with open-source communities and technology ecosystems.

• A proven record of organizing successful developer-focused events and initiatives.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Proficient at building relationships with developers, partners, and internal teams.

• Familiar with the latest trends and technologies in AI, machine learning, and software development tools.

• Creative and strategic thinker.

• Capable of translating technical discussions into accessible, engaging narratives for a wide range of audiences.
