This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop the strategic roadmap for clients.
• Plan and implement training requirements.
• Transform client needs into impactful strategies.
• Ensure each launch is successful.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to carry out Front End Analysis and Task Analyses.
• Document content-specific knowledge to aid in training development.
• Create SMART Learning Objectives.
• Design and produce all training materials.
• Generate assessments according to the established assessment strategy.
• Offer support to facilitate answer validation sessions.
• Review training content developed by colleagues.
• Engage in peer mentorship and skills enhancement.
• BA/BS degree in education, learning theory, instructional design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience of 10 years in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning through various media.
• Proficient in using Articulate for creating training content.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in documentation, technical writing, and narrative scripting.
• Ability to thrive in environments with ambiguity and change.
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Evolve, and Google Slides for course development.
