📋 Description

• Create customized learning solutions that embody the Unforgettable Learning brand and adhere to human-centered design principles.

• Address specific learner requirements and client challenges.

• Implement established best practices in learning, encompassing neuroscience, cognitive psychology, pedagogy, and behavioral science.

• Assist clients in achieving significant behavioral changes with quantifiable outcomes.

• Actively engage in the sales process, ranging from discovery calls to proposal drafting and leading client presentations.

• Communicate Sponge’s value proposition through enablement materials, case studies, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Evaluate skill gaps and prioritize learning requirements to address business obstacles through effective learning experiences.

• Provide strategic advice to accounts on learning strategies, acting as both a challenger and an advisor.

• Design and conduct innovative, effective workshops with relevant stakeholders.

• Build partnerships across the organization to fulfill the Unforgettable Learning commitment.

• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance quality and processes.

• Foster the development of others through knowledge sharing, coaching, and mentoring.

• Share thought leadership insights on social media platforms and at industry events.

• Skill in recommending or developing innovative and effective learning solutions.

• Experience collaborating with learning designers, visual/motion designers, and other team members to create personalized digital learning experiences.

• Ability to convey intricate and ambitious concepts within a compelling narrative, whether in sales pitches or executive presentations.

• Proficiency in navigating business requirements and effectively communicating in business terminology.

• Flexibility to adapt style according to the specific needs of each organization.

• Talent for building effective relationships with individuals ranging from peers to C-suite executives.
