This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create innovative learning and development programs for employees and leadership.
• Provide professional support to leaders in nurturing their team members.
• Convert departmental development needs into suitable actions.
• Offer guidance to specified business and central departments on development, leadership, and team-related topics.
• Assess development needs and collaboratively prioritize them with key stakeholders.
• Identify appropriate measures to address these needs.
• Play a role in shaping the L&D strategy and enhancing the L&D portfolio in a targeted and effective manner.
• Coordinate, organize, and evaluate training programs in partnership with both internal and external collaborators.
• Conduct smaller training sessions, workshops, or learning initiatives when necessary.
• Assist in the advancement of L&D processes through digital solutions, reports, and workflows.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development.
• Experience in advising and supporting leaders, employees, or specialized departments.
• Initial experience in designing or delivering trainings, workshops, or learning formats, or a strong eagerness to develop these capabilities.
• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for deriving specific recommendations from needs, data, and feedback.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills coupled with a strong service orientation.
• Proficient in the use of digital tools and AI applications.
