Learning & Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the learning ecosystem of Advantage HQ.

• Establish top-tier onboarding, role-specific learning pathways, and leadership enhancement programs.

• Create, initiate, and consistently refine the Advantage HQ Academy.

• Manage the complete design, execution, and assessment of organization-wide training initiatives.

• Oversee the Learning Management System as the primary hub for educational resources.

• Create dashboards that evaluate the impact of learning throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with department leaders to pinpoint capability gaps and devise focused learning solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Leadership Development.

• Proven track record in designing and expanding learning programs within rapidly growing organizations.

• Demonstrated experience in developing leadership training and management programs.

• Familiarity with the implementation and management of Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Strong skills in instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and curriculum development.

• Experience in creating competency frameworks, career paths, and structured educational programs.

• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and contemporary learning technologies.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation abilities.

• Highly organized with outstanding project management and execution skills.

• Comfortable working in dynamic environments characterized by ambiguity and ongoing change.
