This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, organize, and maintain internal knowledge bases, SharePoint sites, and documentation hubs.
• Write, edit, and enhance process documentation, job aids, call scripts, and internal communications for employees and caregivers.
• Oversee the structure of SharePoint sites to ensure content is organized, searchable, and up to date.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to document changing processes and best practices.
• Establish governance for content maintenance, version control, and integration of user feedback.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, learner enrollments, compliance tracking, and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot LMS issues, provide user support, and communicate with vendors for resolutions.
• Partner with the Salesforce team to uphold LMS integrations and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Maintain automated learning pathways, reminders, and certifications.
• Generate reports and analyze training data, course engagement, and learner feedback.
• Create training content, infographics, job aids, and microlearning modules.
• Assist with e-learning course design utilizing Articulate Rise, Vyond, and other industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with trainers and SMEs to produce engaging materials that align with adult learning principles.
• Support live and virtual training sessions by managing learning assets and providing post-session resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Instructional Design, Education, or Communications; equivalent professional experience is also acceptable.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in knowledge management, LMS administration, instructional design, or technical writing.
• Experience in healthcare or a similar industry is highly preferred.
• Strong experience managing SharePoint, LMS platforms, and internal documentation tools.
• Proficient in SharePoint administration and content management.
• Experience with LMS administration, including platforms like Learn365, Nevvon, Absorb, Relias, Workday, Docebo, or similar systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Skilled in content authoring tools such as Articulate, Vyond, and Camtasia.
• Basic HTML or SharePoint customization skills are advantageous.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to distill complex processes into clear, easily digestible content.
• Capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring content remains accurate and current.
• Ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement improvements.
• Capacity to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in HR, Compliance, Operations, and IT.
• Data-driven mindset; adept at using metrics to assess content effectiveness and enhance knowledge-sharing strategies.
