Learning Consultant – Epic Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the design, development, and execution of Learning Experience curricula.

• Collaborate closely with health center teams to enhance their Learning/Training Team.

• Create, develop, and implement member assessments and consultations.

• Evaluate project challenges and formulate solutions.

• Supervise the planning and assessment of high-quality learning experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Training management.

• Excellent consulting, facilitation, and presentation abilities at the executive level.

• Proven track record in leading enterprise learning strategies.

• Ability to analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and learning metrics effectively.

• Experience in designing and implementing scalable learning solutions.

• Proficiency in onboarding strategies and delivery.

• Background in working with or supporting Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).
