Learning and Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Champion and support the organization's strategy for learning and development.

• Create, design, and sustain captivating learning materials.

• Perform analyses to identify learning needs and skills gaps.

• Develop and manage comprehensive learning curricula and pathways for development.

• Oversee the complete delivery process of learning programs.

• Facilitate learning sessions in-person, virtually, and through blended formats.

• Assess and monitor the effectiveness of programs.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create focused learning solutions.

• Manage learning systems (such as Workday LMS).

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in the field of learning and development.

• In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering blended learning initiatives.

• Practical experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Workday.

• Ability to create engaging digital learning content.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management.

• Excellent communication abilities.
