This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design, organize, and execute high-quality training programs for employees from inception to completion, encompassing scheduling, material preparation, and communication.
• Demonstrate comfort in managing multiple programs simultaneously, adapting swiftly to requests and shifting priorities.
• Conduct all training and learning initiatives for remote, globally distributed employees, primarily using Webex for video meetings, with occasional in-person training.
• Establish a Learning and Development calendar of programs, ensuring timely communication and delivery in accordance with deadlines.
• Keep precise records of training activities, including tracking employee attendance, monitoring training completion, administering surveys, and analyzing evaluation results to guarantee effective learning and development for current and future needs.
• Identify training and development requirements to shape future Learning and Development activities throughout the organization.
• Manage all communications related to Learning and Development, including handling the L&D Inbox, emails, meetings, and sharing training opportunities with employees.
• Prioritize and organize tasks effectively, maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Proactively assess stakeholder needs, striving to identify the best possible solutions.
• Collaborate closely within a diverse team to deliver quality services to our stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of a long-term Learning and Development strategy alongside the HR Business Partner and Senior Director of Human Resources, contributing ideas for long-term programs and training to support teams across ISC2.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience in Learning and Development or Training, including at least three years in a standalone Learning and Development role.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal) in English, with the capability to tailor communication for stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience in designing and developing engaging and effective learning materials (e-learning, instructor-led, and blended), along with the ability to build programs using SCORM and curated LMS modules independently from the ground up.
• Mandatory experience with an LMS System or learning technologies; experience with ADP LMS and/or Go1 is highly preferred.
• Experience in conducting surveys, interviews, and job analysis, as well as measuring training effectiveness.
• Change management experience and the ability to support change through training is desirable.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and curriculum design is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools or a demonstrated willingness to learn is advantageous.
