This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of training needs and capabilities across the organization.
• Identify skill deficiencies through performance evaluations, customer insights, coaching results, quality metrics, and leadership feedback.
• Analyze capability requirements across various customer accounts and technical fields.
• Set annual and quarterly learning priorities that align with the needs of the organization.
• Develop structured learning pathways that encompass technical, professional, customer service, and leadership development.
• Create onboarding programs and specific learning roadmaps that correspond with career advancement.
• Produce facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessments, practical exercises, and additional supportive materials.
• Design blended learning solutions that integrate workshops, self-paced materials, videos, and coaching activities.
• Lead engaging instructor-led workshops both virtually and in-person.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to present specialized technical content.
• Facilitate onboarding and refresher training based on performance indicators and customer feedback.
• Provide managers with coaching resources that reinforce learning outcomes.
• Promote continuous learning and boost participation in voluntary learning programs.
• Launch learning campaigns, challenges, recognition programs, and development initiatives.
• Integrate learning within one-on-one discussions, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Transform coaching themes into scalable learning programs to address behavioral and performance trends.
• Establish technical capability frameworks and learning pathways.
• Support certification and technical development initiatives.
• Create customized learning solutions tailored to customer-specific requirements and assist with customer onboarding.
• Assess participant feedback, knowledge retention, behavioral changes, customer satisfaction, productivity, quality, and overall performance.
• Report learning outcomes and return on investment to leadership.
• Develop individual development plans and evaluate deployment readiness for bench team members.
• Design and execute Guild learning initiatives, workshops, technical demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Create an annual Guild learning calendar and evaluate the effectiveness of Guild learning programs.
• Establish capability frameworks, repeatable training needs analysis, efficient learning pathways, and measurable learning outcomes.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Corporate Training.
• Proven experience in conducting training needs analysis and identifying skills and capability gaps.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing learning programs from concept to delivery.
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Experience in creating training materials, learning resources, assessments, and practical activities.
• Capacity to drive learning engagement and continuous development initiatives.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends in capability, behavior, and performance.
• Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Experience in a BPO, IT services, or professional services environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in supporting remote or distributed teams is preferred but not mandatory.
• Qualifications in Learning & Development, Adult Education, Human Resources, or Organizational Development are preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in developing blended learning solutions is preferred but not mandatory.
