This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee SentiLink’s learning and development strategy, identifying capability gaps and prioritizing learning initiatives that yield measurable business results.
• Create, enhance, and refine learning programs throughout the employee lifecycle, including company onboarding, departmental onboarding, fraud education, manager training, leadership development, and ongoing professional advancement.
• Collaborate with leaders across the organization to understand capability requirements and create effective learning solutions that enhance both individual and organizational performance.
• Design and conduct engaging workshops, training sessions, and learning experiences for employees, managers, and leaders throughout the company.
• Enhance employee access to knowledge and sharing by assisting in the creation of scalable learning resources, documentation, and self-service tools.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and utilize data and feedback to continually enhance outcomes.
• Serve as the primary steward of learning and development at SentiLink, balancing long-term strategy with practical execution.
• 6-10 years of experience in Consulting (leading learning, change management, or organizational effectiveness workstreams), Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and scaling learning programs rather than merely delivering pre-existing content.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong program management capabilities and the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives from conception to execution.
• Experience in designing practical, engaging learning experiences tailored for adult learners.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating an ambiguous, fast-paced environment where you will be establishing numerous programs from the ground up.
• Curious, collaborative, pragmatic, and highly focused on execution.
• Preferred: Experience within a startup or high-growth technology company.
• Preferred: Experience supporting technical organizations.
