Lean Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Promote Cost Efficiency: Advocate for cost efficiency objectives and cultivate a culture of Operational Excellence that provides a competitive edge.

• Project Identification: Facilitate Integrated Deck Building (IDB) Workshops to recognize and prioritize initiatives aimed at cost reduction that align with national objectives.

• Execute Transformational Projects: Implement impactful projects through Kaizen events, utilizing Lean methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Standardized Work.

• Improve Operations Management Systems: Develop and enhance systems that maintain performance, address issues, and support ongoing incremental improvements.

• Develop Organizational Expertise: Deliver training while guiding and nurturing the next generation of operational and Lean professionals.

• Lead Change Management: Effectively drive process modifications through training, communication, and oversight.

• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with senior management and operational leaders to meet cost efficiency goals.

• Over 10 years of experience in operations, process enhancement, and Lean leadership.

• Demonstrated success in operational excellence and change management.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Lean certification is advantageous; practical experience in Lean implementation is crucial.
