Lead/Senior Software Engineer – Full stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in full stack development utilizing React, Next.js (App Router), Node.js, and TypeScript.

• Demonstrated expertise in frontend architecture, including SSR, ISR, caching, and performance optimization.

• Solid backend development experience in creating REST APIs and backend-for-frontend (BFF) services.

• Experience in designing and managing PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and performance tuning.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and deployment tools (CI/CD pipelines, GitHub).

• Strong comprehension of system architecture, scalability, and distributed systems.

• Experience in implementing authentication and authorization models (e.g., Auth0, RBAC).

• Significant experience with modern UI frameworks, including Tailwind, component libraries, and design systems.

• Proven experience integrating third-party services and enterprise platforms.

• Understanding of security best practices, secrets management, and compliance requirements.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.

• Essential to have robust commercial experience in full stack software engineering.

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Candidates must demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence is required.

• Satisfactory vetting and reference checks are necessary.

• UK Security Clearance is mandatory.
