This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Monitor action items and interlock commitments among senior leadership; take initiative in following up on outstanding issues and raising any blockers.
• Oversee and manage operational rhythms, which include staff meetings, leadership syncs, and milestone check-ins.
• Facilitate organizational transitions, pulse checks, and tracking of key initiatives for supported leaders.
• Create agendas, town hall materials, and leadership communications—either independently from a brief or by synthesizing input from various stakeholders.
• Maintain active communication across collaboration platforms to foster organizational culture and engagement.
• Integrate the go-to-market and business operations domains to ensure consistent messaging and aligned narratives.
• Assist in the SOW lifecycle from initiation to execution—this includes drafting, monitoring deliverable performance, and collaborating with department leaders on SOW inputs.
• Keep track of contract milestones and proactively identify and flag risks or delays.
• Monitor open positions, onboarding milestones, and other routine organizational requirements.
• Act as a connection point between leaders and their teams to minimize friction and enhance accountability without undermining it.
• 5–10 years of experience in operations, program management, or a role similar to Chief of Staff.
• Experience in SaaS software companies, with a focus on large-scale initiatives and cross-functional programs.
• Strong understanding of business processes—you can quickly grasp a new domain, comprehend current complexities, and identify critical factors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of producing clear, polished content for senior-level audiences.
• Comfortable navigating both go-to-market and technical/operational business functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative/project management tools such as Slack, Jira, Confluence, and ADO.
• Assertive, organized, and focused on follow-through—you complete tasks without needing reminders.
• Able to operate effectively within a US time zone while working with distributed teams.
