Leadership Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with corporate and private equity clients to evaluate, develop, and mentor investors, CEOs, and c-suite executives across various functions, locations, and portfolio companies.

• Direct initiatives at the crossroads of strategy, leadership, and intricate influencing, providing both analytical perspectives and interpersonal finesse.

• Enhance leadership quality through impactful, focused insights that significantly improve executive capabilities, team performance, and CEO succession planning.

• Foster and maintain trusted, long-lasting relationships with executive clients, becoming one of the first individuals they consult regarding their leadership development and professional challenges.

• Collaborate with talented and supportive colleagues in a team-oriented meritocracy, where mentorship flourishes and collegiality is a constant.

• Interact with prominent global intellectual property, including three bestselling books and more than 50 articles published in prestigious journals (e.g., HBR, Wharton).

• Become a part of a firm that has assisted over 2,000 CEOs and boards, including Global2000 companies, leading private equity investors and their portfolio firms, as well as mission-driven non-profits.

⛳️ Requirements

• MBA with relevant experience in strategy consulting, or a PhD / registered organizational psychologist (generally 7+ years of experience).

• Outstanding ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with senior-level clients.

• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from complex data sets.

• Proven ability to operate independently and handle multiple client projects simultaneously.

• A solid history of success in leadership advisory, management consulting, or a related discipline.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex concepts clearly to executive audiences.

• An entrepreneurial spirit and a deep commitment to how leadership can enhance organizational performance.
