This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Ensure that all Branch KPIs within the region are effectively achieved.

• Guarantee that branch operations within the area run smoothly through adequate human resource management and fulfillment.

• Oversee the successful expansion of designated management areas as set by Amartha.

• Ensure the quality of the portfolio aligns with Amartha's objectives and that branch audit standards meet management expectations.

• Uphold the principles of transparency at the branch level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum education level of SMA/SMK.

• Proven experience in managing a branch effectively.

• Demonstrated experience in leading team members.

• At least 2 years of experience in Microfinance as a Business Manager/Leader (experience with Grameen Bank or Microfinance institutions is preferred).

• Ability to develop Sales & Marketing strategies as a cohesive team approach to meet targets.

• Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C.

• Willing to be assigned to Amartha's operational area in Bali.
